Dates:  All day September 24^th, half day 25^th

Thursday night there will be a mixer at Rendezvous Bar located in the Grand Sierra Resort at 6:30.

Dinner Friday night hosted by the Sierra Nevada Chapter. Dinner will be in the meeting room at 6:30.

Region II Fall ROC Covid Protocols

As volunteer leaders in the American Society of Safety Professionals, there is an expectation to provide a safe and healthy environment for ourselves and others.  The Region, Society, and the Board of Directors believe this can be accomplished with leadership by example. We want to be conscientious of our roles as EHS professionals in the industry and use best practices to achieve a higher level of safety.  In order to achieve this, the ROC will be held in accordance with the Society guidelines and CDC recommendations.  There is a high level of Covid transmission in the Reno area, therefore, if you are attending the Region II ROC meeting in Reno, NV September 24-25, it is recommended that you attend virtually if you have not:

• Been fully vaccinated, or
• Have had a negative Covid test in last 48hrs

Due to the local county health directives, masks will be worn indoors at all times during the meeting, except when speaking (delivering information to the ROC socially distanced), eating or drinking.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed.

Sanitizing stations will be available.

We will follow CDC guidelines for face-covering.

These precautions and guidelines have been reviewed and approved by the ASSP Covid-19 Safety Protocol team.
